Rules

• Film Types: Accepts short films (under 40 minutes) and feature-length films (over 60 minutes).
• Completion Date: Films must have been completed after January 1, 2022.
• Genres: Open to all genres, including narrative, documentary, animation, and experimental films.
• Language: Non-English films must include English subtitles.
2. Submission
• Submissions are accepted exclusively through the official festival portal or designated submission platforms.
• A non-refundable entry fee applies. Early bird and student discounts are available.
• Films must be submitted before the deadline listed on the festival website.
3. Screening Requirements
• Films will be streamed on a secure, password-protected online platform, ensuring the safety of the content.
• Geoblocking can be applied at the filmmaker's request to protect distribution agreements.
• Films must be submitted in HD or higher resolution to ensure screening quality.
4. Rights and Permissions
• The entrant must own or secure all rights to the submitted content, including any music or third-party materials used.
• By submitting, filmmakers agree to grant the festival the right to stream their film during the event.
5. Terms and Conditions
• Submitting a film implies acceptance of the festival regulations.
• The jury's decisions are final and not subject to appeal. . The festival reserves the right to change its dates
• Films selected for screening will not be removed from the program after confirmation.
